When I get a craving for "fast food", Checkers is my only answer! Nothing like it for awesome burgers and unique fries. AND the staff at the location in Avon Park Florida are always smiling!

Went through the drive through today, and the woman that took my order was beyond rude. The fact that people who work in a position where customer service is your main priority, demand $15+ an hour, and can't even be polite is ridiculous. This woman not only refused to take an additional order all though there was only one vehicle behind me who had literally just pulled up, but she also was rude when I got to the window both times because I had to drive around to place an additional order. When I tell you she said absolutely nothing to me at the window until I was ready to pull off, then she proceeded to SCREAM "have a nice day" I am not exaggerating. This woman doesn't deserve $15+ an hour, she doesn't deserve a damn job. If I wasn't a respectable adult, my drink would have gone right back through the window with a little more momentum behind it. I will not be going here anymore.

Cashier forgot to call out our fish to the Fry cook. He had an attitude with her and said, " why you don't tell me you need more ? They just gonna have to wait now! " Wow! Really? The cashier made a mistake. She was pleasant and asked us to park so they could cook it fresh and bring it out to our car. I'm giving them 3 stars due to his attitude. It's fast food people. Not rocket science! As a customer I fully expect to have to wait at times. I never sweat the small stuff.
