I love Checkers but I'll go anywhere else to grab a quick bite besides this location! The staff here is ridiculous! Very unprofessional and just rude EVERY time I've been there. The manager is the worst of them all (I think her name is Tasha). Hence why they have lost me as a frequent customer. Why they have not at least hired a new manager beats me. Rate= ZERO! #2Thumbs Down

I purchased 2 Chilli dogs hamburger and fries and fruit punch on memorial dr. And Hairston . (I was told I didn't order a combo) that's terrible customer service. The printer was broken we could not get receipts. So the 2.00 off did not apply because I didn't order a combo yeah right.

I first went there and they where horrible!! I took the kids for a fast meal and to my surprise the service was quick as heck but the people’s attitudes sucked!!! Their customer service skill suck also.. anyway once I got our food and my daughter bit into her chicken sandwich she almost threw up.. everything tasted old like it was seating there.. anyway we ended up not being able to eat the food cause of the nasty condition. Later that night though I did bring the food back and they gave me fresh orders but the inconvenience was great on my part.. If they had done that earlier than I wouldn’t have had an issue

The food is always cold. They never have receipts. The staff always mess up my orders. This is the worst checkers. Go anywhere but here.

Relatively quick service. Was very busy. Wondering why they didn't use the other drive thru side was only long line for one side. Maybe people didn't know to pull around idk. Good tasting food.
