Do not order from this place. Period.
My mother ordered a pizza and they got the order wrong. Roz, one of the managers, promised her a medium pizza and a Pepsi the next time she ordered. Once my mother called back, the manager there, Aisha, was extremely disrespectful. Not only would she not fulfill the promise Roz made to my mother, but she also told her she would not fix the fact that they got the order wrong in the first place, saying "no it was too long ago I can't do anything about it." My mother originally ordered a week ago, and yet Aisha still said she can't give away free pizza. Her attitude matches the ratings for this place. I would recommend you go to another Dominos store in the area or even to Pizza Hut across the street. You'll get much more respect, nonetheless, customer service from there.

This is the LAST TIME I order from this dominoes.. maybe any dominoes. I'm less than 5 miles from the store and it took them a full hour to bring me my pizza. By the time it got here, it was cold. 
Worse than that is I've been on the phone just trying to speak with someone for 45 minutes. These times are not exaggerations - I'm looking at the timer. The lady has come on the phone 3 times now and though phrased as a question 'can you hold', doesn't wait for a response. This is some of the worst customer service I've received in a long time. 

Bottom line, save your time, money and sanity and go elsewhere.

The staff at this location is amazing! They went above and beyond for my sister and I! They were very friendly and professional! Our pizzas and chicken was perfect! As a customer going into these places, you have to show compassion and give respect to the staff also. It's a 2 way street! Maybe you will get it in return!

Asked for my pizza to be delivered at 5:15. Received cold pizza without my 2 liter drink at 6:35 p.m. I had to go out to meet the delivery driver and he had to bring back the 2 liter after the fact. My pizza is semi warm, but at least cooked correctly. To say this pregnant lady is angry is an understatement.

Ordered my pizza online and when I went to pick it up it was wrong...they so called say they remade the pizza while i stepped next door and I know they didn’t because the pizza was warm...not hot out the oven..just plane old warm. And I feel like they used the same pizza they messed up and jus changed the toppings and tried to put it back in the oven. The pizza smelled really funny the ride home like something on it was old. That’s how I know it was the same pizza. The caucasian girl is very rude and needs to take her time reading the order because it was still wrong! Oh and as I was walking out the door I saw their inspection score was a “72” Yuck!! Never again!
