Selection of burgers vary. Double drive through but both are NEVER open. Only one drive through lane which has lines backed into the street. Service is hit or miss. They play a lot while getting your food ready and talk about the customers like you can't hear them behind the glass window. People beg for money as you wait to order or to get your food.

Manager is Very RUDE on the NIGHTSHIFT...My sister Cannot see to well at night and asked the drive thru person what kind of wings do they have ..The drive thru lady basically told her to read the menu board...My Sister stated she can't see to well but was ignored.After I spoke with her cause she was upset I called just to find out it was the Manager that took the order.The manager was that Rude to a person who can barely see..I spoke with the Manager and she was very rude and snappy then she put me on hold and hung up...The Absolute Worst Customer Service Especially coming from the Manager..

This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever had at ANY establishment, food or non-food. Just left 5 minutes ago.  Drive through worker was the worst. Manager was no better.  I'll never come back.  I'm upset that I had to leave a star.

Customer service goes a long way and this location greatly lacks it! I was treated rudely while I was ordering my food by an extremely  large window attendant. He seemed like he didn't even want to be there. He got my order wrong and refused to correct it. You can tell that this restaurant does NOT value the people who live in this community.

Overnight crews service was horrible. Old looking lady with the gap was very rude. Hire a better team.
