Food delivery was incomplete and I called the delivery person. He came with a bad attitude and I called the restaurant and the person didn't wanted to solve the problem. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Worst food I ever ordered. Rude customer service and I would have give 0 stars.

I placed an order at 4:12 pm and the app (Eat24) confirmed my order to arrive at 5:12 & I got in the shower real quick and when I looked at my phone I had missed calls from the store and delivery guy saying he was outside but it was only like 4:35 , how was I suppose to know that he was going to come earlier than the delivery time . I called him back to see if he can come back and instead of being understanding he yelled at me over the phone and said that it was my fault for not answering the phone and that he wasn't going to make my delivery. The delivery guy is very rude and so are the other employees at this place. Don't waist your time or money there at all ! It'll be my last time ever ordering from there!

Terrible. Food was ice cold. I complained and they said they would resend the order. It never came. Plus it was the worst food I've ever had from a chicken shack

The employees here are very disrespectful. They get our order wrong and gives us a hard time about it because they had to fix it(which they never did) the delivery man was very rude and when calling the store to simply ask to correct the order we were hung up on twice. Also on a very serious note this place is NOT SANITARY we found a metal band of some sort in the chicken which they also did nothing about and in the bag of fries there was another odd object. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE if I can give it zero stars I would. Mediocre food for HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company should be shut down. I placed an order and the delivery guy was gone before I made it down stairs. His excuse was he had other deliveries and couldn't wait. Never ever ordering from there again
