Absolutely poor.., rating tonight I went to Cheddar's set over in the bar area in a booth., set there for five minutes before I was even asked what I wanted to drink..... , there where at least six to seven waiters congregating around a table.... , there were so many dirty tables waiting to be cleared and these waiters and waitresses was standing around talking..... , I ordered my food and I always order the buffalo chicken wrap... , the chicken wasn't even warm.... , it used to be delicious meal.... , I asked for some more napkins and they gave me bar napkins.... , they have went downhill very disappointing...... , the food there used to be delicious I don't know what happened to the male of the buffalo chicken wrap it used to be out of this world...... , it takes a lot for me to complain but I'm sorry I was just very disappointed....

Hands down, the worst restaurant experience EVER! My sister in law, during a trip, was ranting and raving about a place called Cheddars. Said they had the most amazing food. So, we stopped. My mother in law was with us. Upon arrival, there was a hour wait to be seated. Had there not been other issues, this wouldn't have been so bad. Once seated, the waitress took 20 minutes to take our drink order. I ordered coffee. Who doesn't have coffer on a weekend. They were out. I settled on sweet tea. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer, and their special honey butter rolls, to be brought out with the onion rings. The onion rings came out about 20-25 minutes later, but no rolls. I ordered the ribs. They were out. Disappointed as I was, Mel convinced me to stay as opposed to going to Texas roadhouse right next door. We saw the waitress only 4 times total. Offered a refill right when I asked for the bill. The rolls, when they did come, were not good, in fact, I sent mine home with Mel. Mel apologized repeatedly, and still does till this day. Mel, who had been a huge fan, was not pleased with the Monte Cristo sandwich she had set her heart on either. While Mel vowed to never go to that particular Cheddars in West Virginia again, I vowed to never eat at ANY Cheddars ever. To add salt to injury, as we were leaving, my mother in law, Mary, wiped up her mess, and the napkin wad BLACK from the table not having been properly cleaned. This enforced my decision to never go back. Horrible service. Horrible food. Wasted time. Lack of preparations for basics.

My first experience was awesome. Food was hot. Server was nice. Atmosphere was excellent. Second time... not so much. Food wasn't as good. Server not as nice. Atmosphere still pretty good though. I'll give them another shot.

Cheddar's has always been a favorite. The food is well priced and delicious. There are a wide variety of choices from pasta to fish to steak to salad and the crescent rolls are So good. They also have a great selection of drinks, my personal favorite is the painkiller. It's strong and tasty. Now that they've been bought by Darden, you can use their gift cards and hopefully we will see Cheddar's in more areas.

Met with family for the holidays. There were several of us and they were able to accommodate us promptly even though it was lunch time. The food was good and as expected as I have eaten at other Cheddars as well. The service was attentive. Easily accessible to I79. Good for travelers who want something other than fast food.
