I wrote my original 2-Star review (below) about a year ago. I've been to this Cheddar's four times now. The food is good but the management and service still aren't up to the level one finds at other Cheddar's.
For instance, drink orders taking forever to arrive then coming out with the appetizer. Entrees coming a couple minutes later followed by the salads. There's a rhythm to a meal and the delivery of food should allow one to eat the appetizer and salad BEFORE the entrees come out. Management, this should be easy to figure out.
2016 Review: The food was good but the service was very slow. I've been to other Cheddar's and something service related is broke at this one.

I tried the Baked Spasagna it was fantastic. I cleaned the plate!!! Service was great my mom has to eat gluten free and they were able to accommodate with no problems!!!! The only thing better than the food was the service, Thanks to our server Emily!!!!

The service at this location has fallen badly. When me and a friend when on a Monday afternoon we experienced the worst service, we have encountered. When we were seated it took 10 minutes for us to place our drink order, then 15 minutes for us to get our drinks and order. 30 minutes for us to get our food which was somewhat reasonable at a place like this. But when we received our orders the sides were cold and my entrée was cold also. Also within this time frame we never got a refill on our drinks. So, for us get our server back to the table it took about 20 minutes got get someone to get her for us. Then she took our food back and we waited and waited another 30 minutes pass and we finally ended up with hot food. So, everything was fine now, but when we were waiting for us to get our check after we asked for it, it took 15 minutes for us to get it and when we were ready to pay we gave her our cards and then we never saw her again, until 30 minutes later with our cards, then we were able to leave. This was one of my worst experience I've had at a restaurant like this.

Great Food! Horrible Service! Waited over 20 minutes for a plate for children To split an entree.  then the server said sorry about we were having a powwow in the back; took twenty minutes to receive our change and never received refills at all; the whole wait staff and hostesses seemed off; could definitely benefit from some extra training!

This was the first time my family has ever eaten here and I have to say the food we had was pretty good.and the place was packed but we had no problems everyone working was very friendly .especially our waitress Ashley we eat out alot all over different towns and states. and she was by far one of the best servers we have seen in along time. More places need people as kind and considerate as she was.  We do plan on going back.
