We are here for king and my husband's bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon... But omg the speed with which the small issue was noticed and not fixed was astounding! Superb customer service that every restaurant should aspire to. We were treated so well from start to finish and the waitress and manager apologized profusely and ensured we were kept happy. Granted, we are probably some of the lowest maintenance customers since we know it's a small simple fix and weren't all that concerned, but the staff genuinely cared that our experience would be top notch. They did not fail to exceed our expectations and it was our first time at a Longhorn!

Great service from host to server to manager. Food was delicious and made perfect. Was celebrating my daughter's birthday and she totally enjoyed her experience at your restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Our service was phenomenal. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that waited on us. The sweet chili calamari was perfectly cooked and not at all rubbery or overdone, which unfortunately happens too often in restaurants. My fiance wanted rare and I wanted medium rare. I did say it's OK for it to be on the rare side of medium rare as I'd rather have it undercooked as opposed to overcooked. The steaks were delicious but mine was more rare than my fiance's lol. Not a huge deal. They were still delicious and mine was not crazy undercooked and I really don't mind a rare steak but hate one overdone. PS, if you like your steaks well done, there's a five guys right down the street 😂

Get the outlaw ribeye. calamari with the sweet chili sauce . If you sit at the bar ben will take car of you fabulous server always great when he is there.
