Chef Mario was Amazing to work with for our rehearsal dinner! Great food, Great Guy. Highly recommend events for events in The Vault. We live 2.5 hours away, Can't say enough how easy he made it for me and my now wife!

Best Italian food I've ever had. Chef Mario is amazing, and my father has eaten at all the other restaurants he's had in the past. The server Gina is extremely nice and friendly, and great at her job. I recommend the fettuccine Alfredo. 5 stars, amazing!

Terrible experience! First time guest, party of 5. I received 1/3 of my meal, the rest of my party was practically done and I'm still waiting for 2/3 of my meal. Mario never bothers to come over to the table, I had to seek him out!  He then adds further insult to the Evening by requesting that I pay for the 1/3 of the meal I received...spinach.  What happened to customer services! ?!   No doubt, I was highly irritated and expressed that irritation!  I've seen better customer service in a fast food restaurant!!

Terrible experience. I wish I could be as enthusiastic as some of the other reviewers. Unfortunately, our group had a horrific experience. One person in our party never received her dinner.  Only a small side dish arrived for her when they brought our meals. Apparently, Chef Mario didn't correctly hear what was ordered so he cooked the wrong item. By the time we finished our dinners, her meal still hadn't arrived, so we encouraged her to ask for the meal to be comped. Mario insisted she pay for the over-priced side dish that had made it to the table. When my friend persisted, Mario actually began yelling at her. The entire evening was ruined by Chef Mario and his hostile attitude.
One thing to note- We were culturally diverse group and I find it very interesting which one of us was slighted. We'll never eat there again.
