Usually quick service. Friendly staff. Love the avocoladas! Great wraps and flatbreads. Ordering via the app in advance works great!

Terrible experience, staff had an attitude problem and had the ordasity to use foul language when they didn't like what I had to say about closing policy. called 10 minutes before they closed to order smoothies, completely ignores two phone calls. We show up 5 minutes before they closed and a lady who appeared to be a manager refused service and blatantly lied about the time. She persisted on arguing when I pulled up the national time. Avoid this establishment at all cost. Bad business, terrible staff. Hopefully management does something about this.

Way better than the other tropical smoothies in the area. They have earlier AND later hours, bigger nicer inside of the restaurant, and more employees. I always get my food super fast. I actually drive a little extra out of the way to go to this one!

Service could not be more friendly and food is delish. Before or after you buy a vehicle from me at Toyota of Melbourne make sure you stop by Tropical Smoothie Cafe for a little nourishment. Al Sikora, Toyota of Melbourne

Only certain staff knows the products well. I get the same thing every time some days it's good other days i ask for my money back. So you judge!
