I’ll start with YOU NEVER HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOUR CUSTOMERS! When you try to call them for ETA, all you get it “will be delivered tomorrow, the driver will call you.” It never happens, until you call every day for three days in a row and taking time off work and they don’t show up after either. The company is rotten from the office to delivery Joe, who doesn’t give a flying duck about your shipment or customer service

Chelan Transfer deserves 0 Stars.  I have
Had 2 nightmare experiences with them
And am done. They dropped my Cannon Gun
Safe off their lift gate on to my driveway.
I withheld payment and filed an insurance
Claim. The owner said she couldn't process
My claim until I paid my bill. I paid my bill
And guess what? My claim was denied.
They are dishonest and send out movers
That can't find work anywhere else. Stay
Away from this company as they will
