Something changed this year. Previously UPS had been the most reliable delivery service. But this winter they've been calling snow in the air emergency conditions and holding my packages for a couple days before sending them back to amazon. Gong to get the package wouldn't be too big a deal, although very inconvenient, but for some reason they are closed right in the middle of the day for 4 hours. USPS and fedex have been delivering regularly on days UPS fails. I'm hoping is just a bad driver and it gets better again. Until then, I'm sorry to say, 1 star. I can't give a delivery company a good rating that doesn't reliably deliver.

Very friendly and fast service. Amazon gave us directions to put two labels on one package ( didn't make sense) The obviously very busy employee fixed it for us. They've always friendly to us. been

Went to pick up a package that couldn't be delivered which is understandable due to our driveway, so I show up and give the tracking number and wait a few minutes, comes back and says she can't find it but I can come back and help look. So I do and we can't find it. They somehow lost the package so they get my number and said they would call when they find it. Never got a call, so I called the next day and they said that they found it, ans it was there waiting for me. So I go back, and there are about 5 people ahead of me and we are crammed in this tiny little area. Each customer in front me is also just picking up a package, and each person took at least 10 minutes to find their package. More people are trying to get in the door and it gets to the point that people are waiting outside because there is no more room. At one point there was probably 7 or 8 customers and eventually another employee comes from the back room to help look for everyone's stuff. All of us customers were joking around about how ridiculous it was and unfortunately there isnt anything you can do if you want your package. Took 45+ minutes to finally get out of there. For how long these guys have been in business you would think there would be a better system to licate the packages. It shouldn't take 10-15 minutes to find each customers package.

Our Package didn't require a signature and they came to deliver while my wife and I were both at work yet whoever the Driver was felt that they couldn't simply leave it on the porch. After the 2nd missed delivery I called asking them to hold it saying I'd pick it up by six pm the next day. Guess what? I go down there only to find out that they'd sent it back about 2 hours after I'd called. I tired explaining the issue to them but it fall on deaf ears. Never had a issue with Ups up until this point. Seriously if the package doesn't need a signature and you clearly found our address why can't you just leave it on the porch?

Much prefer USPS or FEDEX for on time deliveries.
