streets are destroyed it feels like we just got out of a War!  you need a tank not a car to drive around Chelsea and yet taxes are very high, parking tickets are higher than Boston's! also watch your water bills if you live in Chelsea they added 20 dollars twice to my bill, if you notice they'll tell you it's a mistake if you don't notice more money for them!

Chelsea City Hall they don't fix that street old Chelsea es hold hold  taxes  and tickets is expensive
