I very rarely have need to go to the City Hall, but, I had to reinstate  the personal exemption on my home because of putting it in a trust.
 My experience in dealing with the employees there was great. In the assessor's office, Mr. Bernard Devereux was excellent in his help. He explained to me exactly what had to be done, made a couple of phone calls to get some necessary information for me and guided me as I filled out various forms. 
Each time I went there and to the collector's office, I was greeted in a friendly manner and was helped right away. And, thanks to the help received, I succeeded in obtaining the exemption and saved a considerable amount of money!

The city has come a long way, no city or town is perfect, in terms of service at city hall, no real complaints, I've dealt with different departments and for the most part they're friendly and efficient.

How is City Hall closed on a Friday??? Makes absolutely no sense what so ever our taxes are paying for these people to have a three day weekend. I needed to appeal a Parking ticket my girlfriend got because the city is doing construction on my sidewalks and they are blocking off my driveway so that no one can enter or exit it. Apparently I just shouldnt be able to have guests over my house because instead of the city realizing that there is construction going on and people may need to park a street over they decide to hand out tickets and make some easy money at 3:42 AM. WHAT A JOKE. You guys really have nothing better to do?

I hate this city. All they do is giving you parking tickets and towing your car.
