Dr Cheng is an outstanding doctor . I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a new doctor. appointments are easy to make and wait time is reasonable .

While I was happy with Dr. Roger's,  I found the office staff very rude and unprofessional.  Life is too short and there are too many doctors with nice staffers.  Looking for a new doctor as we speak.

Doctor Cheng is my fathers co-worker. I trust him with my life.

While not always the best in phone etiquette, the staff is always friendly and attentive. The waiting room is very comfortable and the wait time is always minimal.
Now, onto Dr. Cheng.  I was forced to pick a new doc when Dr. Scurria reduced her client base. I wasn't too sure I'd like Dr. Cheng (my husband joked it was like a court-appointed lawyer) but over the years he has won my respect and trust. He always calls me back right away if I have any issues, gets me into his office as soon as possible, and treats me with respect and care. When I get nervous, I make bad jokes and he always smiles and lets me ramble on (I get "white coat syndrome" - not real fond of doctors in general). But I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cheng as a GP to anyone interested in changing their provider. I promise you will not be disappointed.
