I went to Chernaya in June, 2017, to search for a wedding gown. Chernaya was one of 8 salons I visited. The salon is stunning, and the selections are well-curated. The rooms for trying on gowns are spacious and beautiful. Priscilla (the manager) and Renato (and the other staff, I"m sure) are probably the salon's best asset. Priscilla was kind, knowledgeable, not pushy, down-to-earth, and perfectly professional. Renato was warm, welcoming, and professional in the delivery of his perspectives. Thank you for helping me to find my beautiful gown!  I coudn't be happier.

The best bridal boutique, hands down. 

After being disappointed with the attitudes and boring options of other bridal boutiques, I wa lucky enough to find Chernaya. 

I have had the pleasure of working with the professional, friendly and extremely talented staff of Chernaya for my wedding dress and some black tie evening gowns. 

Renato and their Black Label team have created such beautiful pieces, and Renato's vision of what you want/need is impeccable. He's so very talented and super sweet! 

The atmosphere is chic, yet relaxed, and you will never feel pressured to buy anything. 

Their boutique carries the best and newest designers and the selection is amazing. 

5 stars all around.

Dress ordered in February arrived timely for May wedding, no rush fees.  On-site seamstresses did an impressive job taking it in two sizes.  Result was a great fit after only one fitting, even though I stopped nursing after ordering the dress.  Nice work ladies!

Registered online and have been trying to schedule an appt (calling and leaving messages) for the trunk show for nearly 2 weeks and no one answers the phone nor calls me back. Because it's the only place in Miami that offers the collection of the designer I like, Im pretty dissapointed right now.
