I am wholesale customer of this store I have always worked with Manuela. Manuela is beyond amazing, professional and patience! Last weekend I came by to buy inventory as I usually do and I did not see Manuela. I went to the register and they told me that she was off, they asked another lady to help me which I was okay with until.... Let me start with I live in Orlando, FL and drive all the way down to Miami just to come to this store. This lady seem like I was a bother to her, any question I had about product I felt like I was unconvincing her. I asked her to show me the new inventory, and she got another coworker to help her. As they were showing me the new inventory they would just throw things around, not allowing me to grab, touch and appreciate the merchandise. What did it for me was when I felt like something caught my eye, I asked them to put it aside so we can revisit it. They basically threaten me and told me if I put it aside I had to be sure to purchase it bc they could not put it away after it was taken out. When I would ask them to show me something they will say no that I was not going to like it.. That it was not my style. At this point I was super irritated and just walked out. I don't know if the sales ladies get paid on commission but I was sure I did not want to give my money, my sale to those two sales representatives. Who could careless for the customers needs. If you ever come to this store ask for Manuela she is exceptional! If my review was based on Manuela I will give it a 5 start but I would like the owners to address this issue with their staff because it's embarrasing! As a store owner myself and a manager at my other job I could never imagine people in sales and customer service behaving this way. Next time I drive down 4 hours I will call to make sure Manuela is there bc I do not want to work with any other sales representative at this store.
