This place is an absolute joke! Stacie Eubanks is nothing but a nasty person with a nasty attitude because I went above and beyond her head so she didn’t like it. Would never do business or recommend this place my husband had an accident and we were told to be patient let the other insurance company take care of it it’s not our job what do you think I paid you for. They cancel your insurance and they don’t even tell you until months later. Beware of this place before you get insurance learned my lesson.   Will be Filing a complaint  through insurance commissioners office on this place!! They really don’t even deserve one star.

My husband and I signed for auto insurance through this company, and although the rate is good, whoever was supposed to charge our account for the first month apparently “didn’t have time” to do so.  
A laughable excuse.
So we assumed after having sat at the desk and being told that the money would come out that we were done.  Well, one month passes, and we get a notice that the farm bureau took out nearly $500 from our bank account and no one decided to give us a call or e-mail us to let us know that we were being charged double because somebody decided they didn’t have the time to do their job.

I have had there service for years and have never been able to find a better price for services they provide period although I have looked for years. The coverage is great the agents are great as well plus they are the best priced insurance agency I have found in over 7 years. It amazes me how much most people say they pay for insurance I would advise anyone to check out Farm Bureau unless they just enjoy paying extra for nothing that is.
