My family and I have worked with Jennifer and her team for more than 15 years now.  At first, when we were younger, we insured our car and had a renters policy.  Then once we started growing our family, we bought a house (+ home insurance) and added life policies (and of course more cars, a boat, and a motorcycle - all insured by Jennifer).  Along the way, Jennifer has been an incredible advisor and now 15 years later, my wife and I feel as if she's somehow part of our little family - helping us navigate the turbulent waters of making responsible life decisions.  In our minds, what makes Alfa a business truly great to work with is the people.  And I would encourage anyone living in the northern Atlanta suburb region to work directly with Jennifer if given the opportunity to move away from another insurer.  In fact, on few occasions we had been approached by other insurers with the promise of lower premiums and whatnot - but every time that happened, we immediately thought to ourselves, gee we would pay WAY more to work with Jennifer than any of those other impersonal insurance brokers. Simply because it's an amazing feeling being able to pick up the phone and get in touch with Jennifer immediately if needed.  It's very hard to put a price on that kind of convenience. Plus - Alfa has always kept our premium costs very low while providing superior quality products to our family.
