Went here for the first time.  It was in the morning and I wanted to try their breakfast burrito.  After waiting, and seeing others around me get their order I went to the counter. Turns out the kitchen never got my order despite the fact that I was there before other patrons and paid for the burrito.  After alerting the cashier he asked if I wanted it to go. The issue is that I was there to work and already set up my area. I informed him that I still wanted the burrito to eat there.  Overall the burrito was sub par and the fact I had an addition wait did not help. WILL NOT RETURN.

I used to love this place.  Sadly its gone out of business. Hope they bring this shop back!

Visited today for the first time in years. The woman behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence. I ordered an iced spiced chai latte and the woman did not know how to make it. 
I ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken was dry, overcooked and inedible. I also wasn't asked what kind of dressing I would like and received something with horseradish in it and I do not like horseradish. 
Upon leaving the woman didn't say goodbye and was distracted by other friends she knew. 
Not a pleasant experience, I feel I wasted my money on this place. It's a shame because five years ago this was my favorite coffee shop.

Still serving great food, organic derived.  Excellent burgers, loved their grilled vegetable panini.  It's been a year or more since I've been here and it's still great!  Just wish they had fountain drinks

Good drinks and food.  The staff is friendly and truly interested in you and your day.  The downside is sometimes they can be a bit spacey and not too helpful with things, but that doesn't bother me.  It allows you to try and experience things as you want them because they listen to you!
