Mercado Burrito is a Mission-Style Burrito restaurant located in the heart of downtown Lewisburg, PA. Our second location in Selinsgrove, PA opened in February 2014. We specialize in burritos, tacos and quesadillas and only feature fresh, delicious ingredients. We are a BYOB restaurant but please be prepared to show your I.D.

Great service and food a place to try nice quesadillas too

Average. The food wasn't warm enough and the corn tortillas were not warmed before they were filled causing them to split and fall apart almost instantly. An authentic Mexican place would never have done that. This is like a health food store that decided they wanted to have a Mexican-ish place like Chipotle. The reason I say this is because many of the seasonings are more like vegetarian inspired food rather than your typical seasoning that you would expect. The atmosphere was decent and bathrooms are clean. The main problem was execution. I ordered fish tacos in the fish were laid perpendicular to the way the taco was filled so that when I picked up the taco the fish poked through and broke the sides of the taco. If the corn tortillas we're not going to be warmed, they should have been doubled. And I cannot say it enough the food was not warm enough.

Burritos are just 100% fresh and top notch. Many options so every trip can be a different experience. There was a huge cross section of different people dining there. It really stands out as a business that has a viewpoint and sticks to it.

Delicious.  Burrito, Salads or Quesadillas built any way you want. Sweet Potato Hash was out of this world.  Five stars

We had dinner there this past Sunday night.  It's a college town, so we figured there would be some good local places to choose from that would be good and reasonably priced.  We were in the mood for Mexican food, so we stopped in here and loved it.  The food was very fresh, you could tell the refried beans were homemade (yum).  My burrito was superb and big enough that I wound up getting two meals out of it.  My wife's Taco plate was very good, as well.  The cilantro lime rice is amazing and I was really impressed that they had some bean & rice, nachos and other choices in the $3 range...a big help to local student budgets and a far superior choice over fast food:)
