Stores are alright, but even though this is a larger mall, there is not much of a selection for some segments. I understand they want this to be a more upscale mall, but I don't feel they have a good variety of price points, so I will only visit this mall if I need something specific. The nail in the coffin for me was when they started charging for parking. I understand there were issues with parking, but they should be able to at least validate if you spend $$ in the mall. I normally will skip Cherry Creek (even though it's closer) and just head over to Southwest Plaza.

Neat seasonal events featuring well known artists. Great stores. A few great dining choices, but most great places are across the street in the Cherry Creek North area. Points be taken away for adding a fee to the parking lots here. There's very similar shopping available at Park Meadows and Flatiron Crossing with free parking, so if you're just looking for typical mall staples in a nice mall with good dining options you can do the same or better elsewhere.

Love that they started charging for parking. Most of the time i am in and out in an hour and it's free. Otherwise $3 is nothing. But wow, this Xmas was awesome. The crowds were much more manageable. The stores weren't a disaster. People weren't just standing around loitering.

I love this mall but wish they would extend the free parking to 3 hours.  That would leave me enough time to enjoy shopping and then to grab lunch or dinner without hurrying.  Three free hours would still eliminate the people who try to park there all day for work or overnight.

I used to like this place a lot more than I do today. The reason is probably well known to many people - it is paid parking. I have worked in Cherry Creek and lived close by for over a decade, and feel like this place is my second home. The shopping center offers great selection of stores and brands to pick from. People are nice there, and the overall atmosphere in the mall is very pleasant. The paid parking thing that's been going on for about a year or so by now prevents me from going to the mall at all! It makes me feel unwelcome and rushed-out. There are a couple of stores that will partially validate your parking. Steve Madden store, for example, but at the same time I feel it is unfair for Steve Madden to pay for people's parking. Plus they will only pay for one hour (2nd hour I believe),  so if you need more time you better be ready to pay for the parking. Overall paid parking cut down the crowds in the mall, so if you are not afraid to pay for the parking you might as well enjoy less crowded mall.
