So I made a vist to the Chesapeake location last week and I was very satisfied with the customer service that Heather had was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. I will definitely be a repeat customer. If every business had employees like Heather would make things so much easier. Keep up the good work will also refer all my friends and family to go see her.

Chesapeake pawn and gun was a great place for me to purchase my first handgun. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. After talking with the firearms professionals at this store, I was able to pick out the perfect gun. A gentleman named Ryan was very knowledgeable and very helpful during my purchase. Their prices and customer service are second to none. I was extremely happy with my visit and will be a customer for life!

Saw an advertisement on Facebook for a deal on Remington 700's that I couldn't pass up! Walked into the shop and was Greeted by Heather. She showed me what I wanted to see, takes me through their services and quickly ran my background check, all while having a pleasant conversation. I felt like a valued customer the entire time and I'll definitely be back for the gunsmith service they provide!

They were very helpful in helping me choose a well made firearm at a reasonable price. They also brought to my attention about extra mags for my new gun that were on sale. So I bought two.
