Customer Loyalty. Cheseldine Car Wash (and Tire & Auto) promote honesty and customer loyalty starting from the top of the organization, with Johnny Cheseldine, down to his most junior staff members. When the bug deflector on my truck was damaged during a recent car wash-- the staff member who caused the damage immediately found me. He also called over the manager (Felipe) and described what had happened. Felipe assured me that it would be fixed, but I wasn't so sure. The next morning Johnny personally called me and within a few days a new bug deflector was ordered and installed. Everyone involved, from the wash attendant to the car wash manager, up to the owner himself, owned-up and made things right. There was no arguing and Johnny assured me that the wash attendant would not be punished as a way to encourage honesty and integrity. Now, here's an American-and-locally owned, small business, with a diverse crew all working hard and doing the right thing. They have my appreciation and earned my loyalty!

Needed tires bad. Shopped around and they had the “better deal” or so my husband and I thought. Our frost warning should have been when Mark was rude to us when we were getting a quote. You could tell he didn’t want to serve us because he put a hole through our quote paper with his pencil. Then he just flung the paper across the counter and said that’s everything you asked for included out the door. So we ordered the tires and he said he would call us later that afternoon at 3 when they came in and they would try to put them on for us that day. Well 4 rolled around and my husband thank god called and they said oh yeah the tires came in but Mark is gone for the day and we don’t think we can get you in unless you get down here now. So we rush down there and check in. The old guy is giving us the worst customer service ever and answering us with yeah and uhuhs. But it was what we thought was a good deal so we stuck it out. As we sat and waited the staff as chatting with the “other” customers laughing and whispering about my husband and I. We head a few people check out and they were telling them oh you might want to get this check/changed in the near future and we recommend this and that as most auto shops do. Then a short time later after we seen the mechanic take our car for about 3 different test drives the lady said it was done and told us our total. Swiped our card and gave us our receipt. We walk out shocked that they didn’t tell us we needed anything. Then as we drive away we realize our car is pulling to the right. Ugh. So I call and they said they didn’t to an alignment and that they could do it the following day for N additional fee. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! Upset at myself for even giving them my money in the first place.

I've been taking our cars to Gary & Johnny Cheseldine's for 25 years! During that time I've recommended them to more people than I can count, because of their Honesty, Quality Work, Speed, ability to Work You In in an emergency, Fair Prices, Skilled Technicians, and Knowledgeable & Friendly Staff. In addition to handling our routine maintenance for over two decades, they've also come to my rescue several times over the years! Expect Excellence in Every Way at Cheseldine's!!

Exceptional service. Completed tires within a couple of hours of dropping the vehicle off even though they had all day. Didn't present me with a list of items to fix which I appreciate. Did the work I asked for efficiently and expertly.

Great service again. My brakes were "warbling", I.e. making a funny noise. Cheseldine had replaced the brakes about 25,000 miles shop. They investigated and found a bent rotor and replaced it and repaired my brakes at no cost!
