Depressing 😷 This place is definitely NOT a lodge.. it’s a shack.. & should be shut down. Just my opinion. I feel real sorry for the residents who have to be there. No wonder they be trying to escape.. smh..🙆🏼‍♀️

If i could give this place a zero i would but they don't have that as an option. My Sister has been in this place since Jan 2018 it is now May . My sister cannot walk and therefore unable to get out of bed. She has Guillain-Barre syndrome, Basically her body shut down on its own but she can come back from it with physical therapy. For the last few months my sister has been complaining and asking for her therapy but they keep lying to her and giving her all kinds of excuses at one point they said her insurance refused to pay for it and that's why she wasn't getting it but guess what she called her insurance and they said that this place never put in a claim for her to get any kind of therapy. My sister just turned 40 yrs old she is too young to be dumped in a nursing home and be left to die . Her legs are so swollen that she's in constant pain . Everytime she complains they try to shut her up by giving her pills. Sooner or later she's gonna get blood clots in her legs from not moving at all. A blood clot can travel to your lungs and kill you and this is what i"m afraid of. As of now my sister has been in this place for almost 5 months and has been laying on her bed 95 % of the time. That is dangerous for anybody especially someone that can't move their legs. This place needs to be investigated because i don't understand how they can just dump somebody on a bed and not give them the treatment that they need to get better and walk out of there. I know something really bad is gonna happen to my sister if they don't do something soon.

This place was a walking nightmare to the blind. My mom was in more danger in the care of that facility than I could put into words. She became depressed & said the staff were rough & didn't care about her. She said she knows she didn't have alot of money but a dog got better treatment than she did. She was Soo happy with 2 nurses. Tara & Jessica. She really loved Destiny the care staff... They all had Hearts of Gold. It's been under 2 months but Enough is Enough. I hurried up & got her out of harms way. I placed her in another rehab. That atmosphere was not a setting for a fly to heal or recover from a minor cold. They had new staff every day & so many Different people in & out of there like as if it was a drug rehab. Not Happy at All. Don't send None of your LOVE ONES there. If You Do. Get ready to Plan a Funeral. Sorry to be that harsh but it's My truth... I Love My Mom. You Only Get One & I Already lost my Dad 2 years ago. I will Honor My MOTHER So My Days will be long. That's Biblical. I Love Jesus & He Loves Me more, He Favored Me with My Mom's New Facility that I Believe is Just what She needs to get Back on her feet.

This place is so under Staff , Went to visit my brother.. His Call Bell was on the floor in the other patient's room.Pushed the call bell 10 minutes pass No One Came so we just had to go look for a CNA. No ice or cold water. I thought that your call bell is suppose to be in the patient's reach at all times. Please Hire More Certified Nursing Assistant's Or Nursing Assistant's . This place needs more Staff Bad. We are a big family & Every Day We're Coming. Please give him the proper care & respect that All People Deserve. I'm 👀👀👀👀You All.

Between the roaches, the worms and spiders and not to mention the lack of care. I’m an amputee and the have changed my dressings once since the 29th of November And it’s now October 7 and it supposed to be a daily dressing change I’ve been here three weeks and five times I’ve had to go. Of 12 to 16 hours without my pain meds everything here is a joke.
