Loved this place the other times I received service. However, today was much different Sundays they close at 4 p.m. which I know from coming here in the past, but I double checked with google before heading down to this location. I arrived at 3:20 p.m. and asked for an oil change. I was told that the service department decided to close early because it was slow. (Sorry Google didn't get that memo) I explained I was at 5% and could only come back next Sunday, and would I make it driving on it. The guy checked my oil level and said I wouldn't make it that long. The guy knew me and agreed to do it since it would be quick. He told me drive my car up for the free car wash with oil change and he'll take care of it. After my car was washed they told me the mechanic that does oil changes left for the day. I the customer was so confussed holding my "free car wash with oil change" slip in my hand, explained all of this to the cashier who had no answers for what was going on besides the fact that he was gone and there was nothing that could be done. I then paid the $13.80 for the "free car wash" and that is that! And if "Black Ice" is always sold out...replace those other scents with more of your most popular pick and make a profit instead of turning customers away! Simply put I'm pissed. I mean from a customer service stand point charge me for the car wash today but give me a voucher to have that price deducted from my next oil change! (To at least bring me back) No, Nothing, just oh sorry have a good day! Worst non- oil change/customer service/time spent ever

So I did their "Philly"wash and well my car is like Philly, dirty.  Hand prints in the interior, dirt still on the carpet,  my windshield still has the bug on the inside I killed yesterday and my back bumper isn't clean.  Literally had to get my towel out of the trunk to clean off the dirt.  I normally don't review but for having so many people running around, my car should look like it took 30 minutes to clean.  30 minutes and 25 bucks later I feel used and abused.  Won't happen again.  I also would have said something but no one said more than two words to me from start to finish.   I'll be driving to the burbs.

I will never go to this place ever again in life! If I could give it a negative 1 star I would. I brought my 2016 car there to be cleaned. Only had the car for 3 weeks. Was told the marks on  the hood of my car is stains from a tree and been there for weeks and told me he can remove it for $100. I refused to pay another dime especially since I paid pretty close to $25 for my car to be washed and wax. The manager and I got into a very heated discussion because he wanted to charge me an extra $100 for a stain/mark that wasn't on my car prior to me bringing my car to this establishment. Very nasty and unfriendly people.

Full service mechanical car wash. Exterior & interior.  These guys do a great job while you watch from out side of car.
