Dan Staley was easy to work with, informative and friendly. The used car I purchased was reasonably priced, was clean, well-maintained and already inspected. I was very happy with my experience.

It was such a bad experience. I took my cousin there, he bought 2015 Lincoln MKS with about 50k mi on it for about $21500. We were told that the car come with there warranty 50%. We drove the car about 200-300 miles and exactly one month after we bought it, the steering wheel went bad.  We took it to a dealer, they said the steering rock needs to be replaced and it cost about $2300. We called Pacifico to get the warranty, yet they told us there is no warranty in the car. I called the sales, they start transferring us around and wasting our time. I'm not sure if they really knew that the car is broking or it break on us, but any ways they should have fixed it.  We end up paying for it from our packet cause we knew that Pacifico would only waste out time. Before we bought the car they use to pick up right away but when we called for the warranty they start sending us and asking us to leave voice mail and stuff. Mr. John and Joel, in parts shop treat everybody amazingly friendly and with decency. You go to pay for your bill, some of the girls treat you because of your complexion and look;prejudice and hate go longside. The service department is at steady moving pace; sales I was never there, I cannot judge.
