I went to use their car wash. Paid at the machine outside the car wash, but it didn't give me a receipt. No problem, I thought. Car ahead of me finishes, and I head in,  drive up until the light tells me to stop. I do that, but then the screen in the top corner of the car wash says "WASH NOT READY - DEPOSIT CORRECT AMOUNT." I try to reverse, but the car behind me is crowding the machine, and won't let me back up. I sit there for a good couple minutes, before deciding just to leave. Didn't bother to go inside to complain, since I didn't have a receipt. TL;DR: car wash stole $12 from me.

stars goes to Allesandro!  Nice young man who offered to carry ice to my car, asked if he would be allowed to open ice and put into ice chest, as I was parked in handicap parking.    Don't find too many young people this polite and motivated to help others.  Highly recommend Allesandro get a promotion, otherwise he will start his own biz and do very well indeed as an entrepreneur!

Customer service is very slow. Employees appear to be very unhappy. Carl is extremely Rude. He has no customer service skills. Is combative towards customers. He must be family to the owner. He would never make it in a real professional and service oriented business.
