They close the damn car wash 10 minutes before close. Seriously I pay $25 a month for this and they pull that on me, not once but TWICE. On top of that, it’s always breaking down. They don’t maintain it properly. Honestly people, go get a membership with another car wash. This place sucks.

2nd time i came here for coffee and it was cold...I told them I shouldn't be charged for cold coffee...they looked at me funny and said nothing. I guess they don't realize I can go next door to McDonald's and get a hot coffee....so I will just tell McDonald's that your 'convenience' store sent me to them.

I have worked for 4 sons for almost a year with no complaints no matter the case. Well recently they brought back one of their OLD time mangers of so many years because they was having their own personal problems. So this old lady has that they love dearly has been the most unprofessional and very discriminating person that I have every encountered. Yes business suppose to do whatever it takes to get their business back up and running but she is a very bad asset to this company. All the other employee they are awesome they try and still have to deal with her criticism from her. This is from the inside. I'd wish more employee's speak on her because she was foul and full with lies.

I had the worst experience here. I was waiting in line to purchase my things and the cashier just rung up a customer when I stepped the cashier Kelsey said hold on and went the the register next to her and began to count down her drawer. I was waiting atleast 5 minutes and than I asked her excuse me what are you doing she replied my job with this sarcastic rude attitude. I'm sorry but that's not how you treat any customer. She was obviously not doing her job because she should've helped me first before counting down or atleast tell me I'm sorry pleas go the other register I'm closing this one down. No communication skills what so ever and completely rude. I'm constantly coming here on my way to work and i will never come back. Called the manager anglea and told her what had happened and she was worse with attitude telling me that I'm the one who asked what are you doing. Horrible customer service. never again

I used to get my car washed here weekly. Only 1 of their 8 vacuums have worked for the last 2 months. I have let the employee's know multiple times that they aren't working, but they have never fixed them. Dissatisfied with the service!
