Friendly staff, went over everything very clearly and never felt like I was being shortchanged. The final steps took a bit longer than I would have liked, but I understand the financing process takes some time. There are a few minor details about my Bolt EV that I noticed shortly after taking delivery - a paint defect (for which I've already scheduled a service appointment) and lower than recommended tire pressures - but overall, the car is great so far and came with a full charge off the lot!

Knowledgeable salespeople who know their vehicles and their competition. They were able to help us make a decision and not apply additional pressure for us to make a purchase. It was the best sales experience that we've ever had. We visited the dealership a handful of times with different questions and talking with different sales people and sales managers and the top level of service was consistent.

What a friendly team. They did everything possible to make my auto buying experience a friendly one. Treated me with respect and understood my time was valuable. I was in and out with a new vehicle in no time. Chevy Exchange sales reps are a very professional team that I recommend anyone to make thier next car buying choice a must. Awesome customer service.  I just dropped in a couple days before Christmas to see what was involved to get my car fixed.  They fixed it right then and there.  They even put two guys on the job to get it done faster so I didn't have to wait as long.  I will definitely be going back for any service needed in the future.

My experience at the Chevy Exchange was very positive.   The salesman was professional and the customer relations manager exceeded my expectations on bringing closure to my automobile purchase.
The service shop is impeccably clean and service providers were knowledgeable and pleasant.
I will definitely consider them in my future service and auto purchases.
