I adore this place. The selection of items is delightful (ruffwear! outward hound!), the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the store is very interactive and innovative. I trust this store so much. I'll always make the trip here when I can.

Chew that is a big supporter of Rescue, and specifically the Ottawa Paw Pantry, and for that I am truly greatful. For anyone in the South area, this is a hidden gem and a great place to pop in, grab a bag of food for your pet, a special treat, or the latest accessories. The staff are knowledgeable and always friendly.

The staff here is very friendly and always offering help if needed. Though some staff members seem to lack some knowledge of the products in the store, over all friendly staff and the place I go to get collars.
