Took my dog to Pampered Pet for the first time for a shampoo and cut.  He was a bit of a mess going in, but coming out he was so beautiful!  I discussed what I would like with an employee who listened carefully, made notes and passed them to the groomer.  Everything I asked for was done.  My dog is gorgeous, I am delighted and I was pleased with what I thought was a very reasonable charge.  Very friendly, helpful staff.  Go.  You won't be disappointed.

I have a 13 year old black lab and this is the only place I take him in Ottawa. He has sensitive skin and when I take him to other places, he comes home with dry and flaky skin - but this store uses natural products that are really gentle on him. He comes home looking great every time we bring him here, not to mention it is the only place he doesn't come home flustered. Staff are always friendly. 100 % worth it!

The first 2 times we brought our Shi-poo in were good. She was 4 and  7 months old. When we brought her at 10 months she had cuts on her abdomen and they told us she was uncooperative.  It was a different groomer each time and I don't have the name of the third groomer. I was really upset and just never went back. She's fine at the vet and was good with the first two groomers...

I don't leave reviews for stores or places. I'm pretty lazy. The fact that I'm leaving a review for here speaks volumes. My cat came in desperately needing a shave. He's 23 pounds of fluff and they managed to relax him and do a perfect job shaving him. The price was quite reasonable and everyone was so reassuring and nice. Definitely worth taking your pet here. The whole vibe of the store is great and the employees are great. Definitely won me over as a repeat customer.

Amazing service every time I've been. My puppy had a grooming appointment with Meg this morning and she did a wonderful job. Couldn't be happier!
