Fantastic! Just moved to CO Spring and couldn't be happier with our choice in dentist. My wife and 2 children (5 & 7) all walked away with great experiences. I booked an appointment 2 weeks later. The hygienist was very personable and thorough. Dr. Davis was friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Been going here for as long as I can remember dentist appointments, always nice to be here, and I HATE dentists. They are always so friendly and answer every question very thoroughly and one of the dentists even let me come up close and showed me all the steps to my wife's filling and how the tools etc all worked together. Great place!

Professional and friendly service. I am always seen soon after I check in and the experience is always comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for at least 10 years now and am always recommending to my friends and family!

The dentists and hygienists themselves are fine. However, the office staff - such incompetence. According to the insurance, the code that they billed me for was more than the negotiated rate. If items are not covered by insurance, I'm told by the insurance company that the dental office cannot charge the patient more than the negotiated rate. They are not willing to fix this it seems. I rarely get a call back from after I leave several messages. Today I was told that the office manager deals with EOBS, but the office manager told me she had to speak with the person who deals with EOBs. So, now on top of feeling like I've been overcharged and ripped off, I feel as if I'm being lied to by someone at that office. I hope this 8-month battle over what seems to be an overcharge of $45 was worth losing two patients. I'll be filing a claim and complaint with the insurance company since I can't get anywhere with this office. This is the absolute WORST dental office I've ever dealt with in my entire life.

My experience went very well, the waiting room is well stocked with magazines, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful, the dental assistants are very thorough and amiable and Dr. VanOrman is a very well trained and likeable individual; I've never had a bad experience with the Cheyenne Mountain Dental Group!
