I know this might not sound too nice but I loved going here until they hired all that new staff. Everyone there (the old employees) was beyond nice and polite and did an excellent job with my nails, but now it's different. All those women do is talk bad about the owners, and complain, sorry but if you don't like it leave. I'm Hispanic too but I know respect, so it's not that discriminating about the Spanish ladies. I also went in a couple of months ago and my tech had me wait while she was on her cell phone with her daughter and then with insurance company to pay her bill. Other than all that the original employees are great!!

Absolutely LOVE this salon. Most of the technicians do an amazing job (I have not been cared for by all technicians) Daisy, Long, Thomas, Annie - Just a few of the great technicians available. I have to admit, you will be stuck there for 1.5 - 2 hours but it is because they take their time to care for you so well. Some of the new staff does not have the greatest of attitudes but I would suggest to make an appointment ahead of time with one of the people mentioned above.

Look I'm going to be honest. The service was great but everytime I go I spend around 3 hours there. I went today and I was literally sitting there for an hour and 45 min waiting . The prices are great and the people are friendly but I only have two days in the week as a break and I don't like spending practically one whole day waiting. They honestly need to hire more people or I don't know have more people work on the weekends!!

I have tried other nail shops but I always come back here. Thomas is amazing!! Best coffin nails and gel manis. I usually call ahead or come early.

So far so good. I am writing this review while getting my pedicure. So far I am very impressed. The service is good and cordial and the place is clean. What I really like is the nail polish selection and how they have the gel colors to match the toe nail polish (non gel). No more searching for the perfect match. I am a critical New Yorker with bad feet. This place is good.
