I had nothing but a great experience today with Cheryl. My hair color looks amazing as she was able to get rid of the previous orange tint in the blonde. I just moved to Cutler Bay last month, and this will definitely be my new regular salon!

I asked the stylist for volume instead she made my hair as flat as can be. They tell you one price and charge you another nearly double what they quoted me. I do not recommend this place. The stylists are not friendly and get annoyed when you ask them to improve something. I do not recommend this place.

I have NEVER been loyal to a stylist until I met Chauntelle. Never wanted to do my hair at Hair Ego until she started working there, to be honest. She's always booked so it's hard to get an appointment with her...but it's totally worth the wait. She always nails the right color and is the reason why my thin, damaged hair is now revived and actually has body.
