I spent a few weeks researching dental offices since receiving insurance through work (delta dental). I looked in Bolingbrook, Naperville, Midway, and looked up a few referrals. I hadn't been to see a dentist in about 10 years so I knew that wherever I chose I was going to make several visits. I definitely care that the professional I get service from is highly competent but HOW they provide that service really makes the relationship for me.

I came across this office and I was impressed with the environment. They're very nice and make you feel welcome. Customer service does feel like one of their highest priorities. It's a busy office too which makes the wait much bearable BECAUSE of their service. I was first evaluated by a Dr. Kim and he was very clear that although my teeth were in good shape it was looking like I was going to make several visits. The doctor that has done my dental work since the initial visit was Dr. Panomitros.

I have gotten several fillings and wisdom tooth extractions and he's made the experience pleasant, despite the expected pain. The best surprise, aside from his decades of experience, is that he is a native Spanish speaker. Maybe it's his years of being a professor as well that makes him care about the little details in a conversation. This is a professional you can feel comfortable calling a friend because he is just that welcoming. 

I advise that if you are looking for a dentist you give this office a try.  You might just end up never going anywhere else.

The best dentist in the world! Great with my kids and very nice staff! look forward to coming very 6 mths give my family dentist supplies like toothpaste and toothbrush!
