My doctor was talking about knee surgery and I pushed for physical therapy instead and this place was close to my home and known as legitimate and reputable. I worked with Katie for several months and miraculously I am and had been almost pain free until I re injured myself when I slipped on some ice. I began doing the exercises I learned there and again, I am healed. It's all about helping the muscles heal themselves and training and making them strong. I saw a number of staff (many of whom are PhDs in physical therapy and others en route) and while Katie is my favorite angel there, they are all standard setting professionals who know how to help you heal your body.

At ATI I'm REALLY SATISFIED with the therapy program, it helped my range of motion, before I went, I cld'nt hardly lift my right arm without using the other arm for support, but now thanks to ATI I'm back n motion. In between time I have my own equipment I use to stay flexible. Thanks to my instructors, Ms. KAY Con, Tyrone, Cathy, JOSH, & ?and a couple of more I can't remember their name. To b successful with the program, you have to work with your instructors. Thanks again everyone @ ATI. PS. ONE THING THAT REALLY BOTHERED ME WAS NO I MEAN NO ONE TOLD ME THERE WAS A CO$T!!!!!!! The OFFICE STAFF WAS SO STUCK ON ME NOT CALLING OFF, BUT COULD NOT TELL ME IT WAS A CHARGE ON MY END AS TO THE CO-PAY, I THOUGHT MY INSURANCE PAID THE BILL, ALTHO I RECIEVED EXCELENT THEARPY, I DONT AND DIDNT HAVE NO MONEY TO PAY THIS BILL., MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT THE COST AT TIME OF REGERSTRATION PPL..!!!!!!.

The therapy was ok, my physical therapist was nice, but gave weak massages. When they sent me my portion of the bill it was date 8/28/2015 advising that failure to pay after the due date would result in a late fee being charge. If you are unable to pay the full amount due they would finance the monies. Now if you sent me a bill dated 8/28/2015, I receive the bill 9/5/2015 and payment was due 9/11/2015. My first thought is that you aren't giving me time to pay you by the 11th via mail. The statement advised that I could pay on-line, except their on-line pay system was not set up yet, henceforth unable to pay on-line. So I decided to pay by phone left 2 voice mails received NO return calls. Try to pay electronically via my bank; it would take 5 days to process the payment. I then began calling 4 tries and 45 minutes on hold before finally I was able to pay. I practically begged this company to accept my payment or are they intending to make you late in order to force you to pay a late fee.

How do I even review this establishment when I never set foot in the door? After calling and giving them all of my insurance info and getting the order from the surgeon's office and exchanging voice-mails and waiting for call backs for FIVE DAYS, I still have yet even to be able to make an appointment. I explained to the Dyer facility that I needed transportation from Crete, they took it upon themselves to have Matteson call me... I did not want the Matteson facility. Then, yesterday, the poor transportation guy was ON HIS WAY to pick me up to take me to Matteson and called me. I had made no appointment with Matteson! I called Dyer to ask why I was being shuffled to Matteson... I further explained that I had arranged my own transportation and wanted DYER. The gal I spoke to said she would call me back in 30 minutes... Still waiting. HORRIBLE. Will not use this company.
