I had a horrifying experience with this company. My physical therapist and the physical therapy assistant thought I had left   the facility after my session, when in actuality the receptionist up front had me continue some paperwork. I heard, to my complete horror, the two of them speaking about me very negatively and discussing my medical condition in front of another patient, clearly violating my privacy and trust. So completely unprofessional. I left the facility in tears. When my husband contacted the company (he insisted...I just wanted to forget about it and never return since I was so mortified), they were at first very apologetic but then never even returned my call about setting up an appointment at another location. They also tried to cover for the PT and said they were speaking about someone else, and that is what I overheard. Huh? Not only was it very, specific and negative details about me personally and the rare orthopedic surgery that I had (and I just "left"), I thought, "how is that any way professional to be speaking poorly about ANY client in front of others?" I went from feeling sorry for myself to now angry that there are people in this profession, one that is supposed to be about caring for others, that think this is in any way okay. Absolutely shameful. The young woman, an office manager for the franchise, never even followed up after pretending to be apologetic and saying she would call me that Monday to make things right.
