Great service, friendly staff, costs seem similar or less than most other title companies. However, some mortgage companies can charge a lot more. Buyers, be sure to review your mortgage quote before you commit to your new mortgage application! You can save $$$ with the right mortgage company.

Beware of Chicago Title Insurance Co. in Grandville MI. They push paper, nothing else. They made multiple mistakes like failing to open and read emails regarding inspection results, saying well and septic passed when they actually failed. They failed to make sure the title for the house we were purchasing was legitimate and discovered their mistakes during the actual closing. They were unwilling to make amends.

They are lucky there is not an option for a ZERO start!! Beware of all hidden fees, tricks and bs. Highly recommend to get a real estate attorney before signing or closing date!!!
