I'm a Realtor in Grand Rapids and have used Midstate for over 75% of my transactions.  I only use other companies when the buyer/seller already has a contact at another company.  I use them over and over for a reason, they are very professional, communicate constantly, and always bring things to a smooth close.  Not to mention they are always available for questions about anything, regardless if it relates to the current work order.  I could not do what I do in Real Estate without the assistance of the Midstate Grandville Team!  So thank you so much for all of your hard work.

Midstate is the best!! If you are looking to close on a property give Sandra a call.  They make complicated closings go smooth!! We were previously using a very well advertised local company who seems to have lost all personal touches when it comes to a closing.  Try them out!
