The food was good when I'd order on the highway and pick it up. Lately, I've been going in and ordering and now the food has fallen off. The Guacamole seems to be constantly spooned over an underside of raw white onions. I brought up the issue and was given a free meal which I ordered a burrito. And the burrito was all rice and beans. So much so i spooned out a portion of it so i could swallow what tomatoes were on it. I've ordered from the place for work also and it's never like this so it must be me.

Very well seasoned. Large portions​. Great price. I am​ not a meat eater, so the friendly waitress offered us a veggie burrito off the menu. I was pleasantly surprised with it. Usually, restaurants that advertise only meat options generally rely solely on​ meat and cheese to flavor their food. Which ultimately results in flavorless slop left over for us veggie foodies. Although it was tasty, I only gave them 4 stars because of the lack of options and their house salsa's contained chicken bullion. Who does that? *Update* since leaving my original review; chicharo's took my advice to heart and made a vegetarian friendly salsa and even added an entire deliscious veggie section to their menu. The staff is always friendly and the food is prompt. I am happy to say, they are now my favorite restaurant in town. Thanks chicharo's. 5 stars all around.

I ordered the steak fajitas and all in all they were good. My steak was a little over cooked and tough to chew. This also was because they cut the meat the wrong way. The chips and salsa were great. The service was amazing, our waitress was very friendly and for the first time in a very long time made it a point to keep things out of reach of our 19 month old. She made sure to keep the hot plate of fajita away and our son's meal was on a warm plate and she made sure to keep it out of our little ones reach. Much appreciated. Will be back for sure!

I used to love this place but I will not order from here again. I ordered a three carnitas taco dinner plate, carnitas burrito and two queso and chips, ended up with three steak tacos, carnitas burrito and one queso and chips, I didnt even order steak tacos. Menu prices are wrong on website, they are actually higher than stated, they do not give you an itemized receipt to even show you what you are being charged for, I am beyond disappointed and will no longer recommend this place to anyone.

Small, quiet, good atmosphere, friendly people, good food. Lacking for nothing.
