Went in to get acrylic set with gel design. Nail tech burnt me twice with her e file before starting to apply acrylic. I understand customer service isn't their main priority but the appointment was very uncomfortable. She then got up and walked away without saying anything to me to work on another girls nails. I didn't mind waiting but would have appreciated her telling me what was going on. I waited five minutes and decided to leave with my nails unfinished. When I went up to pay for my acrylic set with NO polish or anything she tried to charge me for acrylic set with gel design! An extra $15... I explained she only did an acrylic set and she then argued because I asked for the gel I had to pay for it. Told her I wasn't paying for a service
I did not receive. She was relatively polite but I will never be going back her and I recommend you do not either.

Had a wonderfull expérience with my daughter we went for mother and daughter pedicures and had great friendly service, place is super clean , staff is plesant i will def be going back!!!

I have visted many salons and am very particular about my nail designs. I LOVED CHICHI`s!!!!! Chi took the extra time to make my nails perfect!! The Staff was very friendly and the prices very fair. I love that the hours include Sunday. And I love the fact that you get a Loyalty Card. Great Salon......you should try!!!! :)
