It is an"Express" location, so the menu is limited. But it is full of busy college students at all hours. Lots of energy, too much for this old geezer to handle sometimes. But it was a fun trip and a great lunch.

FSU dining should consider redesigning the counter and serving area to better accommodate the high volume of students.  The restaurant does a good job of taking orders, but the distribution of food is chaotic and confusing because the waiting area is not large enough.  Nevertheless, the staff does a good job and the food is what you expect.

I worked at Chick-Fil-A so I know how everything works back there. Every time I come to this location they mess up my order. This last time I went, I asked for well done fries, and I ended up with cold and mushy fries. They don’t seem to communicate well as a team. They don’t read your order back as they are supposed to, they don’t put the sticker on the boxes to differentiate the sandwiches from each other, and that’s how they end up messing up orders. I know how many steps Chick-Fil-A has to ensure the costumer receives their order accurately, and this location seems to skip most of them. Either they need better management or better workers, but something here is wrong.

Giving two stars instead of one because it’s still Chick-Fil-A food and it’ll always be good food.

Slow service with not enough food coming out in time. I arrived at 3:30, and people who had been there  for 15 minutes already still hadn't received their food. One gentleman was openly belittled for asking about his food because of the wait time. I understand the food is supposed to be fresh, but I could have sat down at a real restaurant, ordered, eaten, and left before I actually got my food.

Being a restaurant on campus, it has a more limited menu and hours than a regular Chick fil a and is frequently very busy. However, it is one of the best options on campus.
