I love Chick-fil-A, but this one needs some work. They always seem so disorganized behind the counter, and the line gets very backed up even when their aren't a lot of people. They need to be managed better. Also it might just be me, but their chicken doesn't seem to taste as good as the off-campus Chick-fil-A.

Great speed at drive-thru! And personnel are always cheerful! Food is consistently exceptional. But, be sure to ask multiple times for a sauce packet if you want one, they notoriously don't put one in the bag even though they say they will.

It's Chick-fil-A so the food is always good but there is a line here at the union always and the service is never quite the same as a franchise store.

Probably the worst chick-fil-a service I have ever received. There slow, they break down there ice-cream and lemonade machine early, they are rude and they constantly run out of food. Do not eat here!!

As someone who works here I can attest that everyone truly cares about the customers. We really work hard to bring a great meal to our customers quickly and if a mistake is made we correct it immediately and make sure to give the customer something extra to make up for our error. Everyone is great and willing to help any issue and make sure your meal is delicious every single time :)
