I came with my family and daughters to eat lunch. We ordered chicken finger dinners. The food was good and my children loved the chicken. The customer service was really wonderful. The person who checked me out was really nice and friendly. The person who brought our food to us was also really nice. For a fast food restaurant, they actually care about their customers. I wish there were more places that really cared like them.

As I'm writing this review I noticed several mentioned a gross news story about a horrible person who did gross disgusting things. That person should be locked up! The restaurant should not suffer unfair reviews from people who probably haven't seen or experienced these reported issues. Today the food was good and we certainly checked it closely for any issues. The employees were super friendly and the restaurant was clean. Don't let an old news story scare you into not giving this place a chance. Sorry for the length of this review. 😊

Worst service I have ever seen rude service, burnt biskets, wrong order, and instead of the grape jelly i asked for they gave me just ketchup for my 3 biskets plus to top if off no straw. I won't be going back I used to love the Jacks in Vernon but after this one I may never eat at another Jacks again.-Winston Stockman

Very nice employees along with a very clean lobby to eat in. Food gets handed out quickly and I've never had an issue here. The "blood burger (notice the singular tense instead of plural) happened, yes, however, the issue was dealt with and the employee no longer works at the establishment.
