Chick-fil-A Palm Harbor closed for remodeling on 7/7/2017 at 9pm and will re-open BIGGER and BETTER than before in November of 2017. We LOVE our customers and invite you to follow along our journey with us!!

This is THE BEST location ever! The service is awesome and so fast.  They walked around and offered to fix us refills, our food came out right after she got our drinks.  Thanks for a great day at Chick-fil a.  It was a pleasure!

I have visited this location twice. The first time I tried to order via mobile app and was unable to do so. Ok, no problem I went in the line and was treated fairly and got my food and left. The second time which was today that I visited this location I was appalled by the way I was treated via the staff. Again, the mobile app was not working I tried to redeem my treat which was a Chick-fil-A sandwich and I was told I was unable to do so by the server. I asked for a manager and was not given a manager but was told by other workers that there was nothing they could do and the manager would say the same thing. After speaking to several workers, I finally got the manager and was informed that I could get my sandwich reward, finally! Meanwhile, while I was waiting for the manager I was checking my bag and one of the servers rudely told me “it’s in there whatever YOU ARE looking for is in there!” I was upset so I didn’t look in the bag any further as I was embarrassed. After I arrived home I realized the sauce was not in the bag, which is what was what I was looking for in the bag! Corporate definitely needs to visit this location they are hiring inappropriate people who are not customer friendly! And it was ridiculous that I had to go though 4 people to get a manager!

New building! Same great quality food. Friendly staff. New play area and indoor seating.  Priced right. Easy to notice. Handicapped accessible.  Some new menu choices.  Definitely recommend, especially families.

Chick-fil-A is a wonderful franchise, food is excellent, associates are well mannered and well trained.  But the new Palm Harbor doesn't rate the 5 stars the Oldsmar and Countryside mall locations get.  Been there several times, never had an offer to refresh drink.  Store is so crowded often hard to find a table.

Typical fast food restaurant. A little expensive for those on a small budget. Reasonable prices for most. Excellent food a quality service staff.
