Of course, Chick-fil-A is known for over the top service, some of the best chicken around and fast service in and out. This particular location is all of what was stated and more. Very personal experience for me and my family every single time we go. I also DoorDash, they always have orders ready and have everything needed for my customers to enjoy their experience in the comfort of their home or office.

It's always slammed here, as with any Chick-fil-A, but these folks always do a great job. They get the drive-thru line moving super fast and are always genuinely friendly. The food is always great. You really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A, especially that spicy chicken sandwich.Food: 5/5

This Chick-fil-A is the worst one I have ever been to. It has gone downhill big time. Poor service, orders always wrong, rude kids.  The new Chick-fil-A in Ridgeland is worth the extra 10 minutes to drive just to avoid this Chick-fil-A.

My favorite Chick-fil-A location!! Food is always hot and fresh! Drive thru is very fast!!

Sunday is the only day this location is not extremely busy. Park across the street unless you have 20 minutes to spend in the drive through line.

I cannot believe they gave me the wrong order. I normally just get a Cobb salad and call it a day. Today, I had the 8 piece nuggets with fries and a bottle of water. My oldest had the spicy chicken deluxe and my youngest had a kids meal. Well, my nuggets didn't make it to the bag, but the 3 piece chicken tenders did and it was delicious. I would have drove back around, but the lines were long. I just enjoyed the strip as I ate then.

This location used to be fantastic but has gone downhill recently. Each time we go, something is wrong with some part of the order. One visit while eating in the restaurant, my gluten free bun had literal mold on it  the young man was very apologetic and got me a new one, but had it been a drive through meal, there would have been no fixing it after paying for it. Another visit, everyone needed drinks refreshed and there was one young lady taking care of the mobile orders and the people waiting to pick their things up and NONE of the other employees even wanted to make eye contact with the 3 adults standing there with lids off their drinks just wanting for more drink. I literally had to “interrupt” one of the female workers and beg her to give us more drinks. THEN when she took our cups none of the adults at the counter were related or even dining together, she handed me back someone else’s drink…we asked her if she switched the cups on accident/if she was sure she gave the right patron the correct cup back and she just took the wrong drinks from our hands, handed the drink to the correct person, and said “I didn’t mix them up” and walked away. Needless to say, I’m sure no one drank their “refreshed” beverage. She didn’t even say she would make fresh drinks. Just walked away.  The whole store was being run by 17-20 year olds and I didn’t see anyone older who even appeared to care about running the place. Sad.

This location has gone down in recent months. It’s the evening crew that is screwing up orders. This evening as I checked my bag before driving off, I was missing mac&chez. Told the lady at the window and she said it was going to be 15mins and did I want anything else. So you were going to let me pull off without an item that I paid for hints as to way I check my bag now at this location but you clearly knew the item wasn’t in my bag. So I asked for a refund. I honestly think it’s the new people. They are not Chick-fil-A quality.

All of their stores need to be cleaned better by the employees, before they get the stores get ready to get worked on..‼  Parking: With them being a Religious organization they need to be way more cleaner.. They need to apply more pressure on keeping their stores cleaner, if they need repairs done or not .. I&#39;m not trying to bash them, but what I have seen in most of their stores, I wouldn&#39;t even feed my dog anything from them   ‼‼

I'm lovin it! But not in the way I love McDonalds. That's like a love your assamed of. Like loving the Kardashians or zit popping videos. Nobody will admit to that. No I'm talking about the love that your scream from the roof tops. The girl-your-proud-to-bring-home-to-meet-your-parents kind of love. That's what I'm talking about kind of love that I have for this Chic Fil A.
