Staff was super friendly and chill. Food was hot and fresh. Would recommend!

I have found that the two Wendy’s locations in Madison do a pretty good job with breakfast. The breakfast food tastes good and seems fresh.  However the food at lunch or mid afternoon is sub par, seems stale, and doesn’t have a great taste. Well below the typical Wendy’s standard.  They recently extended their closing time from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

When I spend money, I expect to get what I pay for. This is what they gave me today... Burned nuggets! Then I was supposed to get 10, they only have me 9. I asked for my receipt, the machine is broken! Now I'm beginning to think the machine will always be broken because the service is always so terrible that the reviews from the surveys are bad. Every visit which is often I have to ask for my receipt. Look at these burned nuggets. My camera actually makes them look better  I'm too hungry for this man, no sour cream, no plastic utensils or napkins another thing... Why have promotions if they have a problem with scanning your phone? ‍

Food was good as usual but i was only person in line asked to move up. I waited for 20 min. Had to walk in. Was told they were cooking mor sausage. I started getting upset and my food suddenly appeared.

This Wendy's get 3stars. The food is ok but they will not mix sweet tea and lemonade.  This the only location I've went to so far that refuses to and aggressive about it.

This Wendy’s is terrible! Every time I come to get a salad and it’s only 4:45pm, they always tell me they have no salads.. For one thing, why are y’all closing at 5:00pm daily, and why don’t you have salads available, I will never go to this Wendy’s again!!

The food was fresh and staff was friendly the only thing is my breast on my salad wasn’t cut.

Honestly speaking, the apple pecan salad was great! with the perfect amount of pecans, dressing... it tasted wonderful... the only opportunity I can is the attention, the waiting time was a around 8min and the cashier didn't have the best attitude

The service was fast. They were pretty busy, but the drive thru moved at a decent speed. My son tried this new burger that they have and he said it was delicious. My other two had the 4 for 4  and there were no complaints.

The store hours say 7am to 5pm everyday but no one is here and it's 8am on a Saturday.  That's bad for business.  This is supposed to be Madison.  You'll lose A LOT of business that way. Guess I'll go to McDonald's.
