Loved the service it was supper fast dispite the long line for lunch hour. It felt like less than 4 min I was in and out of the drive through. The food was great like always, mom got a salad, my son mac and cheese, and I got the spicy Deluxe and the Mac and cheese everything was great. Definitely going back to this location soon!Food: 5/5
I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for a while. Food is usually good. I often get the gluten-free grilled chicken sandwich and the past two times they have forgotten the bun. So not only do I pay extra but also I don't get a bun at all. Not sure where the problem is but I would appreciate if it quit happening.
The past 4 times I’ve been to this specific CFA I’ve had issues. They consistently forget items or get my order completely wrong. To cap it all off, I got severe food poisoning yesterday resulting in a hospital visit. Highly recommend not eating here.
We had one diet frosted lemonade & one regular diet for a diabetic they were not marked to let us know which was which. so they asked around & no one knew which one was the diet. instead of remaking it to be safe. the person was asking "which one is the diabetic?" & pointing at us all. making it very awkward for my young diabetic sister. after asking us a few times, he said cant one of us just try it to see?.. i get teenagers have attitudes. but when it comes to health & safety it is something that 100% should be taken seriously from all food workers. As a restaurant worker myself I get my days where customer service can be too much. But no one should ever be investigated on their health.
Good service! Vehha it was very nice and respectful. This lady Her name started with an S she had a rude customer coming before me and still treated me very nicely this was a great experience for my first time being at Chick-Fil-A I would love to come back!!!
The skinny girl working the register around 930pm on 01/17/23 is very rude and disrespectful. I asked for a single chick Fil A sauce with my cool wrap purchase and she refused in a condescending tone telling me it doesn’t come with it. Would not even give me the receipt so I can name her in my review .I have never met a drive thru worker so stingy with a sauce. I should have just requested a refund and went to another chick fil A. Will definitely avoid this location going forward.
Ordered a gluten free sandwhich w/ extra pickles and when I got home, the receipt was correct but they gave me a spicy sandwich and no pickles. Swung by today for a compensated sandwich and they gave me a sandwich… no gf bun and no pickles.. really disappointing when they try to make up the order they messed up and that order is wrong too :
Tried to get waffle fries before “10:30am” and was told no. All other chic fil a wll tell you to wait 5-10 min. It’s French fries, not a banquet, so it’s not that serious. Why there’s an issue to throw a medium order of fries into a fryer for 2 mins is beyond me.
Today I witness two females on staff treating another younger female horribly you would think cfa was up to date with working as a team not being against each other. Not a good sight for your customers to be seeing…….
Received terrible service in the drive thru 3 cars were able to pass me in the drive thru before they took my order. Very unprofessional and dissatisfied.Food: 1/5
