This place recently opened up their lobby, after a remodel. To my expectations, they've started the digital service kiosks here. And encouraging the use of it by quite literally ignoring the people in line. I was only paying in cash today, so I needed the actual cashier, which took time for them to take notice of my presence and actually make an effort to come find out what I needed.  After the long wait to order, I got another long wait as they placed my order to the side as continued services at the drive through. Thus finally getting my order another 5-8 minutes AFTER the bag was placed aside.  And to top it off, they have removed the fountain machines, and encourages people to take their food to go. In spite of the new lobby being open.

Nice looking McDonald’s. Food is good like usual. Friendly staff, and most importantly, fast service. Would be back. But the restrooms are locked. Which sucks because when I went there once, I had to pee so bad    : .Recommended dishesChicken Mcnuggets, Small French Fries

The people here are passive aggressive, but only towards certain people. A line of the drive through people they don’t respect had to come in to fix their orders while everyone was waiting for theirs . Read the reviews to notice the pattern. The reviews here prove my point already, but here’s a photo as proof.Personality disorders run the place , so they make getting a 3 star review easy.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a number 1 large. When I got home I noticed they gave me a medium drink. When I tried to call, they would not pick up the phone. It makes me feel like once they get my money, they do not care about me. They were not busy, so they can not make the excuse that it got mixed up. All I want is what I paid for. I know they will not try to do what is right by making up for what they cheated me out of. It would cost me more in gas to go back to have them make it right.

My wife asked to use the bathroom and they were rude ,saying we must bye something which is fine but they didn't need to be so hateful or rude to start with a store so dirty to start withService: 1/5

Ordered but for some reason my payment didn't get through. Cashier said all was ok and waked away. Waited for 20 mins and when asking the manager he showed the cashiers screen and that the order hadn't gone through. Did anyone let me know? Did anyone say anything? Nope. They just walked away. Pure incompetence. The people who work here simply do not know how to do their job. The manager tried shaping it like it was my fault that his employees ignored that the order didn't go through. I love it when people don't do their job and then blame the customers.

The spicy chicken sandwich was over cooked and hard, fries lukewarm. We all know the only way to eat McDonald’s fries is fresh out the fryer. As for the chicken sandwich just don’t buy it late at night!

They will almost always be consistent with getting your drinks wrong. For the love of God my order was two vanilla cones and 2 dr peppers.....how the hell with one other person in the driveway did they get that wrong?! I'm not asking for much.‍Food: 1/5

Drive thru lady talking to us annoyed because she couldn't get their own app to work and couldn't understand 4 numbers for a drive thru code even after repeating each mber one by one multiple times, so I ended up over paying for something the app should have provided a discount for.  I don't know why I always have problems at only this Mc Donald's, the ones a mile away are light years ahead in service and quality this one only gets our business rarely because it's the closest one outta convenience but at this point I'm ready to just start going to other places out of principle.

Missing food but it was taken care of decently easy for messing up our order twice, customer service on the employees side wasn’t awful but not outstanding either. manager was rude to another customer who just needed the restroom and started cursing him out in Spanish after he was walking away. food we got was good even if it took a while to get the correct order.
